Highlights at a glance
Fosetyl-Aluminium is a systemic organophosphorus fungicide with bidirectional translocation, effectively controlling a wide range of oomycete-caused plant diseases. It inhibits spore germination and mycelial growth, offering protection to vegetables, fruit trees, and other crops. It is highly effective against downy mildew, late blight, phytophthora blight, and root rot in crops like cucurbits, tomatoes, potatoes, apples, grapes, citrus, and rubber trees. Applied via foliar spray, soil drenching, or seed soaking, it provides flexible disease management. For example, 40% wettable powder diluted 200–300 times is recommended for foliar applications at disease onset, repeated every 7–10 days. Its systemic action ensures long-lasting protection throughout the plant.
