Xinjiang is an important industrial resource gathering area in China and the core hub area of the "Belt and Road" strategy. In terms of platform transactions, based on the energy, chemical and agricultural cotton and textile resources in Xinjiang, the annual purchase and sales volume has exceeded one million tons, and continues to maintain a rapid growth trend.

In terms of mixed-ownership equity participation reform, adhering to the complementary value of resource advantages and operational capabilities, it has successively participated in the subsidiary of Xinjiang Construction Consulting Group of the 11th Division and the subsidiary of Xinjiang Construction Investment Energy of the 4th Division, and assisted the Xinjiang Corps in building the "Xinjiang Energy and Chemical Network", which has now developed into a key industrial Internet platform of the Xinjiang Corps.

In terms of cross-border operations, the company actively deployed bonded warehouses and overseas warehouse operations around the strategic positioning of Xinjiang's "Belt and Road" hub area and the construction of Xinjiang Free Trade Zone, and promoted the construction of metaverse digital exhibition halls and 24/7 trading exhibition halls in Khorgos and China-Kazakhstan cooperation and co-management zones, and vigorously expanded the industrial belt facing Central Asia, driving Russia, and radiating the Middle East market to go overseas, as well as the coordinated operation of the Belt and Road industrial chain and supply chain.

In terms of digital infrastructure, based on the regional industrial chain in Xinjiang, the company promotes the construction of digital cloud factories, digital industrial parks and digital supply chain service systems in Xinjiang, actively lays out integrated computing power centers, and integrates into Xinjiang's "Eastern Data and Western Computing" engineering system.

In terms of the construction of the vanadium and titanium new material zero-carbon industrial park, the company will deeply rely on the rich resource reserves of vanadium titanium magnetite in the Artush area of Ke Prefecture, southern Xinjiang, give full play to the operation resources advantages of the whole industry chain and the value of the "chain master" of the Tuduoduo platform in the field of vanadium and titanium, and organize major manufacturing enterprises covering titanium ore, titanium concentrate, high titanium slag, titanium tetrachloride, titanium dioxide, titanium sponge, titanium materials and other links, and jointly build a zero-carbon industrial park for vanadium and titanium new materials from a high starting point, and make full use of Xinjiang’s resources and energy enrichment advantages, achieve the local production of high value-added products with tremendous cost advantages to supply the domestic and international markets.

In the exchange with all parties, the company emphasized that Xinjiang is an important strategic fulcrum of Guolian, and the layout of Xinjiang is a strategic project of Guolian, which is an important practice for the company to implement the policy of "combining light and heavy industries, regional implementation, industrial coordination, and jointly promoting the construction of local digital economy".
