IBI·LYDD and the Kazakhstan Farmers Delegation Industry Exchange Meeting Successfully Held

Spring returns to the shores of Taihu Lake, joining hands for a grand Silk Road event. On March 6, the IBI·LYDD Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters welcomed an important delegation of Kazakhstani farm owners. More than ten farm owners and agricultural industry representatives from Kazakhstan gathered with Chinese industry colleagues at the IBI Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as agricultural planting, oil processing, cross-border supply chains, and digital agriculture, jointly mapping out a new blueprint for China-Kazakhstan agricultural industry cooperation. The delegation first visited the digital exhibition hall of the Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters to learn in detail about IBI's latest achievements in industrial internet, digital supply chain, and agricultural big data. Subsequently, the delegation entered the meeting room for discussions, with the meeting hosted by LYDD's Director of Public Affairs in the Strategic Development Department,Hu Liang.

First, LYDD Vice PresidentYao Xueqiangdelivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organizers and systematically introduced LYDD's operational model and business layout in China.

The Kazakhstani representatives provided a comprehensive introduction to the current state of agricultural planting and processing development in their country.

In the subsequent special sharing session, General Manager of Dalian Luyao International Trade Co., Ltd.,Ma Liconducted an in-depth analysis of the domestic market for imported rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, and meal products.

General Manager of the Central Asia Region for Henan Huatai Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd.,Zhang Junliprovided a detailed introduction to the technical advantages and application cases of domestic sunflower seed and rapeseed pressing equipment.

Director of LYDDGAPS Department,Xu Listated during the exchange that the GAPS platform is positioned with "direct sourcing from the country of origin + two-way empowerment" as its core, building an efficient connection channel between global high-quality agricultural products and the Chinese market.

Yao Xueqiangstated in the concluding speech that the IBI Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters, based in Wuxi, radiates across the Yangtze River Delta, serves the whole country, and connects the five continents, aiming to become a regional trading center, innovation laboratory, and talent incubation base. LYDD will take this exchange as an opportunity to fully leverage the advantages of the GAPS system, establish a regular cooperation mechanism with Kazakhstani farm owners and industry partners, and jointly explore new models of "Digital Silk Road" agricultural cooperation, contributing to China-Kazakhstan capacity cooperation and high-quality development of the agricultural industry. Subsequently, members of the Kazakhstani farm owner delegation and Chinese industry representatives engaged in heated discussions on specific cooperation matters. From raw material procurement standards to logistics and transportation solutions, from processing technology cooperation to digital platform construction, both sides reached preliminary consensus on multiple potential cooperation areas.

The visit of the Kazakhstani farm owner delegation is an important initiative for LYDD to deepen its layout in Central Asia and expand the global agricultural industry chain. Under the dual opportunities of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the construction of Digital China, LYDD will continue to uphold the philosophy of "serving the industry, creating value," empowering the global agricultural industry chain with digital technology, promoting the construction of an open, inclusive, mutually beneficial, and win-win global agricultural industry new ecosystem, and writing a new chapter in China-Kazakhstan agricultural cooperation.
