On November 24, under the guidance of Panzhihua Municipal People's Government, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and China National Coatings Industry Association, sponsored by the National Alliance for Vanadium & Titanium Industry and Sichuan Association of Vanadium Titainium Steel Industry, and co-organized by Tuduoduo, Panzhihua Steel & Iron Group Corporation and LB Group Co.,Ltd., the "2023 China Vanadium and Titanium Forum and Strategic Seminar on Comprehensive Utilization of Vanadium and Titanium Resources" was held in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province. Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of Guolian Group, attended and delivered a speech on the theme of "Practice and Exploration of Digital Transformation of Vanadium and Titanium Industry".

It is reported that the theme of this forum is "Strengthen the State Power with Vanadium and Titanium, Achieve Common Prosperity", which aims to promote the high-quality development of China's vanadium and titanium industry, and contribute to building a strategic resource guarantee base and ensuring the security of national vanadium and titanium resources and industry. More than 600 experts and scholars from government units in Chengde City, Liangshan Prefecture, Hami City, Neijiang City and other major titanium resource producing areas, leading enterprises in the vanadium and titanium industry chain and supply chain, backbone enterprises, and universities and research institutes attended the conference.
