　　Xi Jinping emphasized that this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the "15th Five-Year Plan." We must adhere to the guidance of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and all plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, earnestly implement the deployment of the Fourth Plenary Session, enhance the "Four Consciousnesses," strengthen the "Four Confidences," and achieve the "Two Maintenances," always maintaining a high degree of consistency with the Central Committee in terms of ideology, politics, and actions.
