We must prioritize strengthening the domestic circulation, smoothing the domestic and international dual circulation, accelerating the integration of the main framework of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, planning a batch of "good projects" for transportation infrastructure, speeding up the construction of a unified and open transportation market, and improving a diversified and resilient international transportation channel system.
