Under the joint initiative of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) of the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Youth Legal Aid and Research Center, Zhicheng Law Firm serves as a core implementation partner in delivering ongoing pro bono legal services to Chinese students studying overseas.

The Program provides comprehensive legal support, including guidance on the legal systems of host countries, overseas rights protection, and emergency legal assistance. It also develops country-specific legal protection guides to help safeguard the well-being of Chinese students abroad, reflecting the legal profession's commitment to social responsibility and public service.
