During the 2026 Global Supply Chain Business Festival and Fengtai Opening-Up and Development Conference, IBI's FDD organized a series of specialized business matchmaking and exchange meetings from September 7 to September 10 under the theme "Fertilizing the World, Empowering Digital Agriculture to Soar." FDD engaged with domestic agricultural enterprises, insurance institutions, industrial parks, local governments, and partners from Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and other countries. The participants held high-level strategic discussions on digital agriculture, international expansion, seed industry innovation, intelligent agricultural machinery, and agricultural product trade, seeking agricultural cooperation opportunities in China and overseas while extending the digital agricultural supply chain into international markets.
FDD & Shanxi Kelifeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Exchange Meeting
On September 7, FDD successfully held an exchange meeting with Shanxi Kelifeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD; Que Renwen, Vice President of FDD; and Cui Jianjie, General Manager of Shanxi Kelifeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.
Yin Haifeng said that agricultural socialized services are an important means of advancing the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture and that northern Shanxi offers substantial market development potential. FDD intends to leverage its strengths in digital supply chains, big-data operations, and intelligent equipment, integrate smart operating resources such as agricultural drones and agricultural robots, and work with local partners to establish comprehensive agricultural service platforms. The objective is to connect the entire chain of agricultural input supply, technical services, agricultural machinery operations, and digital management, empowering the development of agricultural service networks at county and township levels.
Cui Jianjie said that Kelifeng has long been deeply engaged in Shanxi's agricultural service market. The company looks forward to working with FDD to introduce digital platform capabilities, intelligent agricultural machinery, and high-quality agricultural input resources. By using agricultural service centers as operating platforms, the parties aim to improve county- and township-level agricultural service networks and help farmers in northern Shanxi increase production and income.
The two parties held strategic discussions on establishing a comprehensive agricultural service center in northern Shanxi, empowering agriculture through digital technology, coordinating agricultural input supply chains, and developing agricultural socialized service outlets. They focused on cooperation pathways involving agricultural drone crop protection, agricultural robot operating services, and localized intelligent equipment operations, laying a foundation for deeper regional agricultural service cooperation.
FDD & Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd. Suzhou Branch Business Exchange Meeting
On the afternoon of September 7, FDD successfully held a business exchange meeting with the Suzhou Branch of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD; Xu Ce, Director of FDD's Strategic Development Department; Yang Qian, Sales Director of the Agricultural Robotics Division; Wu Fujun, Head of the Marketing Department; Liang Zhongwei, General Manager of the Suzhou Branch of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd.; Li Sujuan, Deputy General Manager; Qiu Jinsong, Senior Project Manager; and Zhang Deli, General Manager of its Xiangcheng Sub-branch.

Yin Haifeng said that FDD's agricultural drone and international expansion businesses are developing rapidly. The company looks forward to establishing an in-depth strategic partnership with Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, coordinating specialized agricultural insurance and digital insurance services for its B2B platform, and jointly exploring a risk protection system suited to the development of the digital agriculture industry.
Liang Zhongwei said that Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance will fully leverage its insurance expertise and nationwide service network to cooperate with FDD across the entire insurance service chain. Areas of cooperation will include underwriting and claims settlement for drone operations, protection for overseas personnel and assets, logistics insurance for cross-border cargoes, and insurance for specially modified vehicles, supporting the steady international expansion of digital agriculture operations.
The two parties reached a consensus on directly connecting drone insurance systems, compliant settlement services for customers at centrally administered and state-owned enterprises, risk protection for overseas operations, the integration of insurance services into the platform, and insurance coverage for specialized drone support vehicles. This established a strategic foundation for the subsequent implementation of their cooperation.
FDD & Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration Symposium
On the afternoon of September 7, FDD held a symposium with the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD; Han Xiao and Que Renwen, Vice Presidents of FDD; Zhang Lichao, Director of the Industrial Promotion Department of the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration; and Liu Hongwei, Industrial Investment Manager.
The two parties held strategic discussions on jointly developing a seed trading platform, innovation in bio-agricultural technology, the establishment of industrial operations, and cross-border business planning, actively seeking entry points for cooperation in the seed and cross-border agricultural industries.

Yin Haifeng said that Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City possesses outstanding seed industry research resources. FDD hopes to use its market-oriented B2B platform operating capabilities to participate deeply in the development of the seed industry. It also plans to capitalize on the policy advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port to establish a cross-border business headquarters and expand into high-technology fields such as bio-agricultural technology research and development.
Zhang Lichao said that the science and technology city will make full use of its combined advantages as a strategic center for the seed industry and a beneficiary of free trade port policies. It welcomes FDD's relevant industrial projects and will provide comprehensive policy guarantees and resource support for jointly developing a seed trading platform, conducting research through shared laboratories, providing supporting industrial facilities, and establishing a cross-border business headquarters.
FDD & Laos Boten Special Economic Zone Development Sole Co., Ltd. Matchmaking Meeting
On the afternoon of September 7, FDD held a matchmaking meeting with Laos Boten Special Economic Zone Development Sole Co., Ltd. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD; Qian Chunhong, Senior Adviser to FDD; Zhu Jingchuan, Regional Sales Manager for Overseas Markets in the Agricultural Robotics Division; Sun Li, Head of Operations at Laos Boten Special Economic Zone Development Sole Co., Ltd.; Secretary-General Zhuo Benkai; and Jiang Peng, Vice President of Sales.
Yin Haifeng said that Southeast Asia is a core market in FDD's international expansion strategy. The Laos Boten Special Economic Zone offers significant policy and geographical advantages. FDD hopes to use the zone's platform to explore business models including bonded processing of agricultural products and the joint development of agricultural production bases, bringing Chinese agricultural technology and supply chain resources into the Laotian market.
Zhuo Benkai said that the Laos Boten Special Economic Zone benefits from special tax and employment policies and is focused on developing cross-border bonded processing, computing capacity, modern agriculture, and other industries. The zone welcomes FDD's efforts to bring domestic agricultural value-chain enterprises to invest and establish operations there and will provide supporting guarantees for project implementation.
The two parties held strategic discussions on the zone's industrial policies, commercial models for bonded processing, investment promotion for large-scale agricultural bases, computing capacity, and diversified industrial coordination. These discussions established preliminary connections and preparations for subsequent investment by Chinese agricultural enterprises in Laos.

On the afternoon of September 8, FDD held a matchmaking meeting with Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. The two parties held strategic discussions on specially modified vehicles such as service vehicles for crop-protection drones, low-altitude power equipment, and logistics support for agricultural operations, seeking deeper integration between intelligent agricultural machinery and digital agriculture platforms.

Yin Haifeng said that the low-altitude economy and smart agriculture are becoming increasingly integrated. FDD's drone business network has strong demand for specialized operating equipment, and the company looks forward to deepening cooperation with Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. to jointly build an integrated equipment service system suited to agricultural operating scenarios.
Wei Minggang said that, drawing on the mature specialized vehicle chassis and low-altitude equipment technology of Liuzhou Wuling Motors Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. is willing to work with FDD to advance the development and application of specially modified vehicles for drones and provide mobile, comprehensive agricultural operating solutions that deeply integrate "vehicles + drones + power + networks."
FDD & Ruixing Group Exchange Meeting
On the afternoon of September 8, FDD held a matchmaking meeting with Ruixing Group. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD; Ma Caiping, Director of FDD's Ammonium Sulfate Division; and Li Qingnan, Sales Representative of Ruixing Group.
The two parties held strategic discussions on fertilizer supply chain coordination, platform-based distribution of urea and compound fertilizer products, and digital agricultural input services, exploring the development of an integrated agricultural input service chain extending from production to end users.
Yin Haifeng said that, as a digital agriculture B2B platform, FDD aims to connect fertilizer producers with end-user agricultural service scenarios. The company hopes to establish an efficient agricultural input supply chain with Ruixing Group and promote the digital distribution of high-quality fertilizer products.
Li Qingnan said that Ruixing Group is a major fertilizer production base with ample urea and compound fertilizer production capacity. The company looks forward to using the FDD platform to expand its product coverage and deepen agricultural input cooperation serving frontline agricultural users and export markets.
FDD & Pingxiang Enterprises Business Discussion and Exchange Meeting
On the afternoon of September 8, FDD successfully held a matchmaking meeting with enterprises from Pingxiang. The two parties held strategic discussions on cassava value-chain development, investment in agricultural projects, and cross-border trade in agricultural products.
Yin Haifeng said that FDD hopes to combine its digital supply chain and cross-border trading capabilities with local agricultural industry resources. It intends to cooperate across value chains for specialty agricultural products such as cassava, supporting regional agricultural investment promotion and industrial upgrading.
Su Jianjun said that Pingxiang is actively developing modern agriculture and a specialized cassava value chain. The city looks forward to using FDD's platform resources to strengthen coordination in cross-border trade and industrial investment and jointly advance the implementation of cassava value-chain projects.
FDD & Cambodia Seeds and Feed Matchmaking Meeting
On the afternoon of September 8, FDD successfully held a matchmaking meeting with Cambodia's AZ Group. Participants included Yin Haifeng, Vice P resident of IBI and CEO of FDD; Que Renwen, Vice President of FDD; Chen Xing, General Manager of the Guangzhou Operations Center; Wang Zhitao, Business Director; Zhu Jingchuan, Regional Sales Manager for Overseas Markets in the Agricultural Robotics Division; KHOY DARA, CEO of Seeds and Feed Co., Ltd.; and HE SOPHARY (Yang Meiying), Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodia-China Investment and Development Association.
The two parties held strategic discussions on cooperation involving agricultural drones, trade in conventional agricultural machinery, procurement of agricultural products such as dried cassava chips and cassava starch, and arrangements for a Cambodian government delegation's study visit to China. They agreed to use the purchase of demonstration equipment as the starting point for cooperation and continue advancing the implementation of two-way trade.


Yin Haifeng said that Cambodia's agricultural market has enormous potential. FDD hopes to establish long-term strategic partnerships with leading local enterprises, advance exports of agricultural drones and machinery, promote two-way trade in agricultural products, and open a China-Cambodia agricultural supply chain channel.
KHOY DARA said that Cambodia urgently needs to introduce advanced Chinese agricultural equipment and supply chain services. Through its cooperation with FDD, the company hopes to introduce intelligent agricultural machinery, expand overseas export channels for local agricultural products such as dried cassava chips and cassava starch, and deepen bilateral agricultural and economic cooperation.
FDD Business Exchange Meeting: Laos Session
On the afternoon of September 8, FDD successfully held its Laos-focused business exchange meeting. Participants included Xiong Hongguo, Co-CEO of FDD; Chen Liping, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in China; and representatives of numerous institutions and enterprises.

Xiong Hongguo said that the special exchange meeting was intended to build a bridge for dialogue between Chinese enterprises and the Laotian market. He expressed the hope that all parties would seize opportunities arising from Southeast Asia's agricultural development, leverage their respective industrial resources, jointly explore the Laotian and surrounding overseas markets, and achieve mutually beneficial two-way development across the industrial chain.
Chen Liping said that Laos offers extensive room for agricultural development and welcomes Chinese enterprises from various industries to enter the country and make full use of its local resource advantages for investment and trade cooperation. Laos will continue improving its business environment and supporting Chinese enterprises in establishing local operations.

Participants held strategic roundtable discussions on agricultural investment opportunities in Laos, the opportunities and challenges associated with international expansion, cross-border exports of production capacity, trade in specialty agricultural products, and the international expansion of the culture, tourism, and technology industries. The meeting reached a consensus on establishing a regular communication mechanism, facilitating on-site corporate visits, and jointly resolving problems encountered in implementing overseas projects.

Yin Haifeng said that Thailand is an important strategic hub in FDD's Southeast Asian expansion. The company hopes to establish a compliant and efficient localized cross-border trading platform through a joint venture, integrate the resources of both parties, advance two-way trade across multiple categories including agricultural products, intelligent agricultural equipment, and industrial goods, and expand China-Thailand agricultural supply chain cooperation.
Zhang Meng said that the prospects for cross-border agricultural trade between China and Thailand are promising. The company looks forward to coordinating with the FDD joint-venture platform, leveraging its local market channels in Thailand, and jointly exploring market opportunities for agricultural products such as durians and sweet potatoes, as well as industrial goods for township markets, to achieve mutually beneficial development.

The parties reached a strategic consensus on the transaction structure for cross-border operations, durian imports, trial export orders for sweet potatoes and other agricultural products, overseas sales of agricultural machinery, the establishment of a localized joint-venture platform in Thailand, and its equity structure. They agreed to prioritize trial orders for core product categories and steadily expand in the Thai market.

The visiting delegation first toured IBI's digital economy exhibition hall, where it received a detailed introduction to the company's development history, the operating model of its Duoduo Platforms, its cross-border industrial-cluster presence, and the technological application achievements of IBI Cloud. The delegation spoke highly of the company's innovative practices in the industrial internet sector.

Qian Xiaojun said that IBI has used FDD to establish a B2B industrial internet platform covering the entire agricultural input value chain, developing integrated digital service capabilities encompassing e-commerce transactions, intelligent logistics and warehousing, cross-border delivery, and AI agents. IBI places great importance on the development opportunities offered by Hainan's tropical agriculture sector. It looks forward to fully leveraging its combined strengths in the industrial internet, digital supply chains, and intelligent agricultural equipment to pursue high-level strategic cooperation with Hainan State Farms in areas such as the intelligent upgrading of the rubber industry and the development of a tropical agricultural product trading platform.
Ai Yilun said that Hainan State Farms possesses unique tropical agriculture and rubber industry resources, while the industry is facing practical challenges such as changes in the structure of the labor force. The group hopes to use IBI's industrial internet platform capabilities to promote the practical application of intelligent equipment in cultivation scenarios, revitalize existing trading platform resources, and jointly advance the digital transformation and upgrading of the entire tropical agriculture value chain.

The two parties held strategic discussions on industrial coordination and reached a consensus to jointly advance the digital and automated upgrading of the rubber industry and establish a rubber industry internet platform; use the conditions provided by the free trade port to explore the development of a specialized tropical agricultural product trading platform; and establish a dedicated team to conduct value-chain research, using demonstration pilots to drive the implementation of their cooperation.

This series of meetings covered numerous important fields, including agricultural input distribution channels, insurance services, seed industry innovation, cross-border bonded processing, low-altitude agricultural equipment, fertilizer supply chains, the cassava value chain, cross-border agricultural product trade, and the establishment of overseas joint-venture platforms. The meetings connected domestic industrial capabilities with overseas partners in Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and other countries and generated numerous potential cross-border cooperation opportunities.
FDD will continue following up on the strategic consensus reached during the meetings, promote reciprocal study visits, project matchmaking, and the implementation of pilot operations, and put into practice its development philosophy of "Fertilizing the World, Empowering Digital Agriculture to Soar," using digital supply chains to support the international expansion of China's agricultural industry.
