On May 18th, the inaugural meeting of “Gather Strength to Move Forward Together and Create Extraordinary Achievements” the Renmin University of China Alumni Entrepreneurs Association was successfully held. Liu Quan, Chairman of Guolian Corporation, was invited to attend and was elected as the Vice President of the Alumni Entrepreneurs Association. Xu Hai, founding partner of Guolian Honghuzhiyuan Ltd., served as the Deputy Secretary-general of the Council and was hired as a career development mentor for students of Renmin University of China.

Zhang Donggang said that on the new journey, the school will take the establishment of the Alumni Entrepreneur Association as a new starting point, persistently unite alumni, serve alumni, support alumni, rely on alumni, make joint efforts with the alumni,  move forword hand in hand, and constantly improve the "temperature" of serving and contacting alumni, increase the "intensity" of the work of the association, expand the "depth" of school-enterprise cooperation, further gather the strength of alumni, accumulate development momentum, respond to the needs of the rejuvenation of a strong country, and create a "community of destiny" for the development of school and alumni. In order to achieve the grand goal of building a university that "reassures the party, satisfies the people, and achieve world-class level" on the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the university in 2037, we will continue to move forward, and make contributions to the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation in an all-round way with Chinese-style modernization.

Jiang Enlai said that alumni are the precious business card of the school, alumni entrepreneurs are the precious social resources of the school, and doing a good job in alumni work is the internal logical requirement of the development of the university. The Renmin University of China Alumni Entrepreneurs Association has built a new dimension of alumni community, and built a development community of information exchange, resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation between alumni entrepreneurs and schools, and between alumni entrepreneurs, which is conducive to promoting school-enterprise cooperation, locality-enterprise cooperation, and enterprise cooperation, and promoting the in-depth integration and win-win development of enterprises, schools and localities.
