On October 30, Li Xinbin, Secretary of Artush Municipal Party Committee, Li Chenglong, General Manager of Xinjiang Jiantou Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd., and Huang He, Consultant, visited Tuduoduo, the core subsidiary of Guolian Corporation. Qian Xiaojun, actual controller, CEO/President of Guolian Corporation, Liu Zhai, senior vice president of Guolian Corporation and CEO of Tuduoduo, and Li Qing, vice president of Tuduoduo, warmly received the visitors, and the two sides exchanged views on deepening government-enterprise cooperation.

The visiting delegation first visited the Duoduo Data Center and the Guolian Cloud Digital Experience Hall. Qian Xiaojun, the actual controller and CEO/president of Guolian Corporation, extended a warm welcome to the visiting party on behalf of the company. At the symposium, the two sides sorted out the platform's construction of cloud factories and cloud logistics warehousing in Artush City and the planning of jointly building an industrial digital park based on that.

During the exchange, Li Xinbin said: "Xinjiang is the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, a major channel for national onshore energy resources, and an important base for the strategy of transporting natural gas from the west to the east and Xinjiang power transmission. Artush actively integrates into the Tarim Economic Belt, and regards the efficient and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources as the top priority of Artush City's transformation and development. With data resources as the core production factor, digital technology as the support, and digital platform as the main transaction organization form, Guolian’s  Tuduoduo has played an exemplary role in accelerating the pace of the digitalization of traditional industries and helping the faster integration of digital economy and the real economy. It is hoped that Tuduoduo can actively cooperate with enterprises in Artush City, give full play to the agglomeration and development effect of the digital industry, and seek shared high-quality development.”
