The research team conducted an on-site investigation on Salt Lake Co., Ltd. and Zangge Potash Fertilizer Company, held a symposium to listen carefully to the appeals of the two potash fertilizer production enterprises, and gave on-site coordination and solutions to the difficulties in natural gas, railway transportation, etc. in the production and operation of the enterprises. Reply, and make every effort to ensure the production and supply of potash fertilizer during the spring plowing period in China. First, in response to the shortage of natural gas in the production and operation of potash fertilizers, the research team worked on-site and coordinated with PetroChina Gas Sales Company to provide service guarantees to meet the gas demand for potash fertilizer production during the recent spring plowing preparations. Regarding the long-term difficulties of the potash fertilizer production enterprises' insufficient natural gas consumption throughout the year, we will coordinate with the PetroChina Natural Gas Sales Company to give priority to meeting the actual gas consumption needs of the potash fertilizer production enterprises in 2022 under the premise of ensuring people's livelihood. Second, in response to the difficult problems in railway transportation, Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company will adjust the transportation capacity in time to meet the needs of enterprises based on the recent railway transportation actuality of potash fertilizer production enterprises. The demand for railway open-top containers cannot meet the difficulties of Salt Lake Co., Ltd., Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company will actively purchase, improve transportation efficiency, and ensure the outbound transportation of potash fertilizers. Third, for the implementation of the new standard for fertilizer-grade potassium chloride, the research team is actively coordinating with the State Administration for Market Regulation and other relevant ministries and commissions to do everything possible to solve it. Under the strong coordination of the research team, the two potash fertilizer companies clearly stated that they would overcome difficulties and continue to increase fertilizer production. Among them, Salt Lake Group postponed the maintenance time and tried every means to increase production based on ensuring the completion of the tasks assigned by the state. Zangge Potash Fertilizer will soon Complete routine maintenance and resume production about 20 days ahead of schedule to ensure the supply of fertilizers for spring plowing. The Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission will also continue to play the leading role of the special class for chemical fertilizer support, conscientiously do a good job in the coordination and service of potash fertilizer production support in the province, and urge all units and related enterprises to improve their political positions, with a high sense of mission and a strong sense of responsibility.
