Building a Full-Chain Industrial Upgrade: IBI's Robot Control Signs Two Agreements in Two Days to Strengthen Shanxi’s Digital Agriculture Ecosystem
To further advance the digital and intelligent transformation of agriculture, accelerate the scenario-based deployment of smart agricultural equipment, and build a comprehensive regional intelligent service ecosystem for modern agriculture, a special delegation formed by the core team of FDD under IBI visited Shanxi from June 22 to 23 for on-site research and inspection.Through targeted market research and in-depth business discussions, the team successfully promoted two major strategic cooperation agreements for IBI's Robot Control, helping the brand take deeper root in Shanxi agricultural market and further expand its regional smart agriculture service network.
Shanxi Kelifeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.
On June 22, Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of FDD, Que Renwen, Vice President of FDD, and Li Bohan, Technical Service Supervisor of FDD's Agricultural Robot Division, were invited to visit Shanxi Kelifeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (“Kelifeng”). They were warmly received by Cui Jianjie, General Manager of Kelifeng; Qi Juncai, Deputy General Manager; Li Zhiguang, Deputy General Manager; Pang Yangfan, Manager of the Market Development Department; and other representatives. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the construction of agricultural drone service centers, the application and promotion of greenhouse robots, and the advancement of digital agriculture cooperation projects. They ultimately reached a strategic cooperation consensus and formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Yin Haifeng and the delegation first visited Kelifeng’s directly operated store to gain an in-depth understanding of the operating model and market demand of local agricultural service outlets. The two sides then held a meeting at Kelifeng’s headquarters.

Cui Jianjie extended a warm welcome to Yin Haifeng and the delegation. He said: “Kelifeng has been deeply rooted in Shanxi’s agricultural market for many years and has accumulated rich experience in directly operated store management, agricultural technology promotion, and local service network development. FDD’s strengths in smart equipment, digital platforms, and supply chain integration are clear to all. This cooperation will focus on promoting the deep integration of advanced digital technologies with the modern agricultural service system. The two sides will work together to open up the full-chain digital operation pathway of offline outlets and systematically improve supporting agricultural technology services. By using data flow to drive business flow, we will jointly reshape a new pattern of modern integrated agricultural services featuring technology penetration, online services, and closed-loop management.”

Yin Haifeng said: “FDD is accelerating the strategic deployment of smart agricultural equipment in North China, with a focus on the scenario-based application of agricultural drones, greenhouse robots, and other products, as well as the development of localized service systems. As a major agricultural province, Shanxi has diverse business formats and rich application scenarios. Jointly building drone service centers, training bases, and demonstration bases with Kelifeng is a key measure to promote the intelligent upgrading of regional agriculture. We look forward to taking this cooperation as an opportunity to deeply integrate FDD’s platform resources and technical capabilities with Kelifeng’s local operating experience, and to build a new smart agriculture service ecosystem rooted in Shanxi and radiating across North China.”
Shanxi Taihang Ludangshen Modern Agricultural Service Co., Ltd.
On June 23, Yin Haifeng and the delegation visited Shanxi Taihang Ludangshen Modern Agricultural Service Co., Ltd. (“Ludangshen Agricultural Service”), where they were warmly received by Shen Lihui, Chairwoman of Ludangshen Agricultural Service, and other representatives. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on the promotion and application of agricultural drones and greenhouse robots, as well as agricultural digital upgrading, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Yin Haifeng said: “Shanxi has a solid agricultural industrial foundation and rich application scenarios, making it a core region for our smart agriculture layout in North China. Ludangshen Agricultural Service has long been engaged in the local agricultural service market, with a mature offline service system and local implementation experience, making it a high-quality strategic partner. This cooperation will focus on the large-scale promotion and application of smart equipment such as agricultural drones and greenhouse robots, the implementation of intelligent operation solutions adapted to local conditions, and the establishment of a supporting digital agricultural management system. In the future, we will integrate FDD’s advantages in technology, equipment, and digital platforms with Ludangshen Agricultural Service’s local resources to address shortcomings in regional agricultural digital and intelligent development, improve Shanxi’s localized smart agriculture service network, and continue strengthening our strategic layout in North China. Driven by both smart equipment and digital technology, we will support the standardized and intelligent upgrading of regional modern agriculture.”
Shen Lihui said: “Traditional local agricultural operation models face problems such as high costs, insufficient management precision, and low efficiency. Promoting intelligent and digital agricultural upgrading is an inevitable trend for industrial development. IBI's FDD has outstanding advantages in smart agricultural machinery, digital agricultural system development, and industrial resource integration, which are highly aligned with our development philosophy of empowering local agricultural upgrading. Through this cooperation, we will rely on our local channels and field service advantages to fully support the implementation, promotion, and technical popularization of smart equipment such as agricultural drones and greenhouse robots, accelerate the local application of intelligent and digital agricultural technologies, and help improve quality, efficiency, and transformation in traditional local agriculture.”
The signing of the two strategic cooperation agreements marks a solid step forward for all parties in complementing each other’s strengths and jointly building a regional smart agriculture ecosystem.Leveraging the technical equipment and digital platform advantages of FDD and Robot Control, together with the local resources and implementation service capabilities of local agricultural service enterprises, the parties will work together to effectively address key bottlenecks in the intelligent transformation of local agriculture.Looking ahead, all parties will continue to deepen cooperation, accelerate the large-scale deployment of smart agricultural equipment and digital systems, and inject sustained momentum into the high-quality development of regional modern agriculture.
