Huajin Brand Urea (Total Nitrogen ≥46%, 40KG)
I. Product Specifications and Identification
This product is Huajin brand urea, with a core indicator of total nitrogen (N) content not less than 46%, meeting the requirements for qualified and above grades of agricultural urea specified in China's national standard GB/T 2440-2017. Packaged in standard 40kg bags, it is one of the mainstream medium-sized packaging specifications in the market, facilitating manual handling and warehouse management.
II. Product Characteristics
Urea is a high-concentration, quick-acting solid nitrogen fertilizer with a nitrogen content of up to 46%, making it the solid nitrogen fertilizer with the highest nitrogen content. The product is usually in the form of white translucent or colorless small granules, featuring good physical properties and relatively low hygroscopicity. In soil, urea must be converted into ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate under the action of urease before it can be largely absorbed and utilized by crops. The conversion rate is affected by soil temperature, moisture and pH value.
III. Main Uses
Agricultural Use
As a basic nitrogen fertilizer, it is suitable for almost all crops and soil types. It can be applied as base fertilizer or topdressing to provide essential nitrogen nutrition for crop stem and leaf growth and protein synthesis.
Industrial Use
It can be used as an industrial raw material for producing chemical products such as melamine and urea-formaldehyde resin. It can also serve as a non-protein nitrogen supplement in ruminant feed, which requires special technological treatment before use.
IV. Precautions for Use
Avoid Seedling Burn: Concentrated application of urea before conversion may create a local alkaline environment, so it should not be used as seed fertilizer or come into direct contact with seeds and seedling root systems. For topdressing, hole application or furrow application followed by soil covering is recommended. Avoid surface broadcasting without timely irrigation to prevent nitrogen volatilization loss.
Timely Application: Urea requires a certain period for conversion, and its fertilizer effect is slightly slower than that of ammonium nitrogen fertilizers. It is recommended to apply it a few days in advance according to the crop's fertilizer demand law.
Balanced Fertilization: It should be used in combination with phosphorus fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and medium and trace element fertilizers to ensure balanced crop nutrition.
Storage Requirements: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place to prevent package damage and product caking due to moisture absorption.
